Product Demos & Value Pitching: Perform expert client presentations, consultative requirements analyses, and in-person product demonstrations that are specifically designed to solve client problems. Commercial Negotiation & Closing: To ensure successful sales closing, draft clear commercial proposals, confidently address pricing objections, and negotiate contract terms. Account Relationship Management: To guarantee high satisfaction, promote repeat business, and open up upselling chances, maintain ongoing touchpoints with current accounts while acting as a trusted advisor. CRM Data Pipeline Management: Utilize the company's primary customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, deal phases, and follow-up schedules. Market Intelligence Logging: To improve our competitive edge, we track competitor pricing, keep an eye on new industry trends, and collect direct field input. We then relay these insights back to the marketing and product development departments.
