HR Executive Payroll Support & HR MIS Reporting Job Description: Responsibilities: End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire hiring process, which includes creating job advertisements, reviewing profiles on various job boards, carrying out preliminary HR assessment rounds, and organizing technical panels for line managers. Onboarding & Workplace Assimilation: Manage the required background checks, document gathering, workspace IT setup, and business culture introduction sessions to ensure a smooth first day of onboarding. HRISMaintenance & Digital RecordControl: Own and manage the company 's HRIS, including updating employee master profiles, keeping track of attendance records, mapping out different sorts of leave, and overseeing digital exit trackers. PayrollInput & CompensationSupport: Work with the Finance team to ensure timely salary rollouts by compiling and verifying monthly payroll input data, including overtime computations, shift allowances, leave deductions, and performance bonuses. Employee Engagement & Culture Building: To boost internal morale, plan, organize, and carry out frequent employee engagement calendars, joyful celebrations, skill-building seminars, and town hall meetings.
