HR Operations & Core Compliance Documentation: Ensure compliance with internal data protection regulations and local labor laws by keeping an absolute, up-to-date master database of all employee personnel files. Coordination of the yearly and mid-year performance appraisal cycles, distribution of evaluation templates, monitoring of manager completion rates, and creation of final performance score matrixes are all part of performance management (PMS) tracking. Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives: Create, propose, and carry out monthly team-building exercises, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement activities to boost employee morale and quantifiably lower attrition. Grievance Handling & Employee Relations: Serve as a discreet, reliable point of contact for employee complaints, carrying out impartial preliminary investigations into workplace conflict and reporting serious issues to HR leadership with objective documentation. Required Skills: Advanced Interviewing & Behavioral Assessment Literacy: Outstanding ability to decipher hidden resume red flags, assess cultural fitting criteria, interpret candidate competencies, and conduct salary negotiations with ease. Fluency in Labor Law and HR Compliance: Strong foundational understanding of local employment laws, legal requirements, and workplace safety standards. Superb Interpersonal Diplomacy & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication style to deliver challenging business announcements, establish clear company regulations, and de-escalate emotional workplace conflict with the utmost tact. Absolute Discretion & Confidentiality Management: Complete containment of extremely sensitive payroll brackets, medical records, legal problems, and private personnel matters through unwavering professional ethics.
