Oversee the entire lifecycle documentation flow, from completing exit interviews and arranging first-day orientations to issuing official offer letters and confirming background credentials. Manage conflict resolution procedures, interpret policy guidelines, plan corporate engagement events, and act as an approachable, reliable point of contact for employee inquiries. Ensure complete security of sensitive employee profiles by maintaining correct, current physical and digital personnel files within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Manage records for the Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and workplace safety regulations, and help local manufacturing and business operations comply with labor laws. Compile assessment forms, gather manager input, monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) completion data, and assist in carrying out the yearly and mid-year performance review loops.
