Electrical Control Schematic & Panel Design: Draft and revise precise electrical wiring schematics, control panel layouts, and single-line diagrams (SLDs) using CAD software. PLC, HMI, and Automation Programming: To optimise automated production equipment and conveyors, program, configure, and debug Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Drive and Instrumentation Calibration: For optimal accuracy and thermal stability, set up and adjust industrial instrumentation loops, servo motors, sensors, actuators, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
