Key Skills: Talent Acquisition & applicant Assessment Mastery: Practical knowledge of job description mapping, interview scheduling, behavioural assessment methods, offer negotiation, and applicant sourcing tactics. HR Operations & Lifecycle administration Capabilities: Excellent operational understanding of probation handling, offboarding procedures, attendance/leave audits, background verification procedures, and employee database administration.
