Set mechanical ejector stops, verify Low-Pressure Mold Protection (LPMP) limits, execute Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and assist during material purging and trial shots. Safely operate overhead bridge cranes, hoists, and eyebolts during tool transportation, loading, and unloading. Record mold changeover durations, setup delay causes, maintenance issues, and trial clearance status using daily tracking logsheets and spreadsheets.
