Working closely with production, tool room, procurement, and design teams, this role oversees incoming material inspections, in-process quality gates, final inspection procedures, non-conformance investigations, and root cause analysis (RCA) to drive zero-defect production and continuous process improvement. Key Skills: Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems and Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC). Deep understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T - ASME Y14.5) and interpretation of complex mechanical engineering drawings. Practical knowledge of Metrology equipment, precision measuring instruments, gauge R&R analysis, and CMM programming/operation. Hands-on experience with Problem Solving Techniques (8D, 5-Why, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma Green Belt tools).
