Serving as the ultimate quality gatekeeper of the plant, this role ensures all outbound equipment, assemblies, and manufactured components conform 100% to customer specifications, engineering drawings, packaging guidelines, and regulatory requirements, preventing non-conforming products from reaching the market. Key Skills: Strong practical experience in Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI), Final Quality Assurance (FQA), or Quality Control in manufacturing environments. Hands-on proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, coating thickness meters, surface roughness testers). High competency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, assembly schematics, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA), and sampling inspection standards.
