Our client is a Cyber Security IT Products British MNC. Looking to hire PRE SALES experienced individuals for Mumbai with Cyber Security / Computer Networking experience. This is an excellent opportunity for Tier 1 (MANDATORY: the engineering graduation / post grad should be in the top 20 in India or top 150 globally on this page: (NO MBAs, please) to join a fast-growing company that was recently named one of Fast Companys 50 - Worlds Most Innovative Companies. The Company is currently expanding its Cyber Defense technical team, that will provide the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the rapidly evolving cyber security industry. This is a WORK FROM HOME position as the company does not have offices in India, though it has an established presence in India since 3 years. Qualification : MANDATORY : - B.E /B.Tech from the top 20 premier engineering institutions in India on the above Times Higher Education list ONLY or top 150 engineering institutions globally on the same list (search global instead of India).
-ALSO ESSENTIAL: TOP scores (in other words, high CGPAs only) If you have done post-grad, then only M.Sc or M.Tech/M.E in premier institution (as per list please), no MBAs. Only candidates with the above qualifications and with prior CYBER SECURITY/COMPUTER NETWORKING PRE-SALES experience in a similar role will be considered for shortlisting and interviews. Experience: 2 - 5 years with Presales in Cyber Security or Computer Networking experience. Roles Responsibilities : - The Senior Cyber Security Technologist is a customer focused role that provides cyber defense expertise across both the pre-sale and the post-sales landscape.
-The Senior Cyber Security Technologist works with the relevant Sales Account Managers as a team on key accounts and delivers technical Proof of Values (POV) which entails presenting the detected insider threats and deep dive investigations around the latter.
-In addition, the Senior Cyber Security Technologist is engaged in after sales by designing deployment architecture and project manage the solution deployment life cycle. Responsibilities : - Act as a technical touch point between clients, partners, and the Darktrace global team (from support to senior management).
-Accountable for end to end engagement on Proof of Value at presales.
-Present Threat Intelligence Reports and advise accordingly to a variety of audiences from technical audience to C level executives.
-Be the trusted adviser and technical authority to the customer for project management inclusive of architecture design and integration decisions during post-sales stage.
-Provide feedback and reporting to senior management on accounts. Minimum Requirement : Experience : - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cyber Security arena. Academic requirement : - A university science based bachelor degree with high First Class (high CGPA) honors from a reputable high ranked university in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Technology (source list provided above). Technical Requirements : - Good knowledge in Computer Networking.
-Knowledge in network protocols such TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, TLS, SMB, SSH, RDP and any other prominent internal protocols.
-Knowledge in Routing and Switching Good to have : - Experience in using network protocol analysis tools such as Wireshark.
-Cyber Security - Experience with network security devices/systems such as firewalls, IDS and IPS.
-Aware of types of Malware behaviours. Presales : - Ability to present to a variety of audience from technical to managerial - Ability to align the Cyber insider threats to the impact on the customer business of the customer etc- - Language requirement: fluent in English, excellent communication and personality - Location: India - Mumbai
