System Admin/ User support : - Similar base knowledge ( the work will be in ETSI MANO orchestration - or HPE NFVD , and the person will - Triage and support tickets from end users - Identify if the ticket is based on a simple user error, or on the actual custom development ( done by HPE, Customer itself or other developers, or the product itself, or on the infrastructure, or database, or ) - Requires extreme knowledge of the platform and its use at the customer - Depending on the triage, address the correction on his own, pinpoint the source of the error and route to the proper organization/team responsible ( CMS local team, product issues, or a customer error or customer infrastructure problem ) - Ability to deal with several tickets in collaboration with other team members.
-May require weekend and/or overnight work
