Job Overview : We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Sales Representative with a strong background in IT sales, specifically in selling software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the software sales lifecycle.Key Responsibilities :Prospect and Lead Generation :- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and leads.Sales Presentations and Demos :- Conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our software solutions.- Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and business challenges.Relationship Building :- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.Sales Strategy and Execution :- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Negotiation and Closing :- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to close sales deals.- Ensure all sales activities are documented accurately in the CRM system.Market Research and Analysis :- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on software solutions.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong understanding of software sales lifecycle and processes.- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details (ref:updazz.com)
