Job Brief:We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as Partnerships & Alliances Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with the company s overarching objectives, goals, and strategies.Your main responsibilities will include:- Developing and implementing partnership and alliance strategies.- Identifying potential partnership opportunities and collaboration areas.- Conducting market research and competitor analysis for partnerships.- Negotiating partnership agreements and contracts.- Managing and nurturing partner relationships.- Developing joint marketing and promotional activities with partners.- Addressing partnership challenges and issues.- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams on partnership initiatives.- Staying updated with industry trends and partnership developments.Key Requirements:- You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field- You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships- You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.- You are highly goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on problem solver.- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.- You have excellent organizational and time management skills.Job Location: Okhla Phase IIIAnnual Remuneration: Maximum up to Rupees 7,20,000/- depending on last salary drawn & relevant experience.(do not simply click the apply button-applications received on email will be given preference and quick responses)Mandatory to clearly mention within the email body your:- Current CTC- Expected CTC- Whether okay to join within 15-20 days (ref:updazz.com)
