The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing local sales teams, developing territory-specific strategies, and cultivating relationships with channel partners and key clientsRoles & Responsibilities:- Finding, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners who align with the company s goals.
-Fostering strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
-Providing partners with the resources, training, and support they need to effectively sell the company s products or services.
-Monitoring and evaluating channel partner performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance their sales capabilities.- Setting sales targets and goals for channel partners and providing support to help them achieve them. Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 2 year of sales experience in any field 2 years of experience in BFSI Sector- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)- Required all semester marksheets.
