Job Profile : Territory Sales Manager TSM Field Sales
Industry : MBA, bsc-bca-bbm, sales-and-marketing
- Identify and visit prospective residential societies for onboarding.
- Meet Apartment Committee Members and explain product features.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations.
- Generate leads from field activities, referrals, and market research.
- Drive B2C sales for software application solutions.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with society committees and customers.
- Maintain daily sales reports, market insights, and competitor updates.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups with leads until closure.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Graduation in any field (MBA preferred for freshers).
- 0 5 years of experience in field sales / business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to give demos and present effectively.
- Strong lead generation and prospecting ability.
- High motivation with a 'can-do ' attitude.
- Agility to adapt to business changes.
- Should be comfortable working on weekends (Sat & Sun working)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
- Two-wheeler with valid Driving License is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
