This may involve networking with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders involved in construction projects, such as architects, interior designers, contractors, project managers, and developers. Cultivate long-term partnerships to secure project specifications and orders.- Must have a deep understanding of the company s quartz slabs or marble products, including their features, specifications, applications, and installation requirements.
-Provide expert consultation and guidance to architects, designers, and contractors on product selection, design considerations, and installation best practices.- Work closely with architects and designers to ensure that the company s slabs or marble or other products are specified in project plans and specifications.
-Provide technical support and assistance in preparing material schedules, drawings, and documentation to meet project requirements.- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, production, and logistics, to coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.- Liaise with stakeholders, such as contractors and project managers, to facilitate smooth project execution.- Support in proposals, and quotations for projects. Ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, and specifications to meet project requirements and maximize profitability.- Must be skilled in negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with the customers, contractors, and project owners to secure project orders.
