This role is going to be a combo of sales account management. However, the role holder would not have any accounts to manage, so the initial phase of 3 months is going to be very intense where the person would need to be completely focussed on getting meetings, building pipelines, and closures.The ability to articulate, communicate, present, or demonstrate the value proposition, sales discipline, and attitude are the key factors for making the role holder successful.Responsibilities:1. Identify prospective clients for Recruitment Solutions through mapping and sales activity of your respective territory 2. Meet or exceed assigned quota/targets3. Network, build and engage with C-suite/ Sr. level relationships across focussed verticals/industries4. This is a hunting role, and would require consistency and discipline in activities relating to prospecting and pipeline management5. Should understand the local market extensively, ability to adjust sales strategies to meet evolving market conditions, and be ahead of the curve6. Focus on developing opportunities from opening to closure7. Confident to interact and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders8. Prepare reports/trackers as required for sales reviewsExperience:1. 0-4 Years of enterprise solution sales experience in Outsourcing/HCM-HR Tech / Recruitment solutions2. Experience working with multiple stakeholders 3. Strong B2B sales experience4. Consultative Solution sales mindset 5. Proven sales track record6. Effective communication, negotiation, and personal grooming7. Ability to connect and engage with CEOs/COOs/Sr. Leadership.8. Ability to articulate well and convert passive clients into business deals.9. Knowledge and understanding of automation aspectsPersonal Traits :1. Confident, Self-reliant, and self-driven 2.
