Job Summary:The Regional Manager Corporate Admissions will lead corporate-focused enrolment initiatives for the Online MBA programs of Victorian Institute of Technologies, Australia. The roles primary mandate is to build strong relationships with Corporate HR teams, L&D heads, and senior corporate stakeholders, positioning the Online MBA as a career advancement solution for aspiring and mid-to-senior level corporate executives.Key Responsibilities- Drive admissions primarily through corporate HR departments, L&D teams, and corporate partnerships.- Position the Online MBA as an upskilling, leadership, and career progression program for working professionals.- Achieve enrolment and revenue targets from corporate and executive segments.Corporate Partnerships & Channel Development- Identify, onboard, and manage corporate HR teams , The Edtech & Edu abroad Consultancies/Companies , as channel partners for employee enrolments.- Develop MOUs with corporates for bulk enrolments, sponsored programs, and learning tie-ups.- Engage directly with aspiring MBA candidates and mid-to-senior corporate executives.- Conduct corporate presentations, webinars, leadership talks, and closed-door information sessions.- Support high-value executive conversions through personalized counselling and follow-ups.Marketing & Brand Representation- Focus on corporate-focused campaigns, thought leadership webinars, and executive branding initiatives.- Represent VIT Australia at corporate events, HR conclaves, and professional networking forums.- Provide market intelligence on corporate learning trends and competitor programs.Reporting, Compliance & Quality Assurance- Track corporate leads, conversion funnels, and enrolment metrics.- Ensure ethical recruitment practices and adherence to institutional and regulatory guidelines.- Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management.Eligibility & Qualifications- Graduation degree (MBA preferred).- A minimum 8-12 years of experience in College Training & Placement Officers, Corporate sales, B2C & B2B education sales, Edtech-Executive education.- Strong network within corporate HR, L&D, and talent management communities.- Proven experience in closing high-value B2B or executive education deals.
