Position - Channel Sales (IC Role)Overall/Total Experience: 2-6 years onlyLocation: MumbaiWorking Days: 6 Days from officeNotice Period Requirement: 30 Days (Maximum)Key Responsibilities :Partner Acquisition :Identify & Prospect : Map out and target high-potential financial intermediaries (CAs, Wealth Managers, Boutique Investment Firms) across India.Pitch & Close : Conduct high-level presentations to articulate the value of adding Startup/VC asset classes to their client portfolios.Commercial Negotiation : Structure partnership agreements, including revenue-sharing models, referral fees, and SLAs, ensuring mutual profitability.Channel Management & Enablement -Onboarding : drive the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they understand the platform and compliance requirements.Training : Regularly train partners on new investment mandates, due diligence reports, and market trends so they can confidently pitch to their HNI/UHNI clients.Relationship Farming : Maintain active relationships with key partners to ensure top-of-mind recall and drive recurring business.Revenue & AUM Growth -Pipeline Management : Manage the flow of capital coming through partners. Ensure monthly and quarterly AUM targets are met.Investor Onboarding : Oversee the smooth transition of referred investors from the partner to the platform.Activation : Develop strategies to reactivate dormant partners and incentivize high-performing ones.Ideal CandidateStrong Channel Sales / Strategic Partnerships Profile- Must have 2 years of experience in Channel Sales or Strategic Partnerships within Wealth Management, AMC, Fintech, Insurance, or investment distribution- Must have proven experience acquiring and onboarding partners such as CAs, Wealth Managers, IFAs, Family Offices, or financial intermediaries- Must have strong experience in presenting investment/financial products, handling commercial discussions, and closing partnership agreements- Must have experience in managing and growing partner relationships, enabling them with product knowledge, and driving repeat business- Must have owned revenue or AUM targets and managed pipelines to achieve monthly/quarterly goals- Must have working knowledge of investment products such as AIFs, VC funds, unlisted equity, or similar financial instruments- Strong ability to build relationships with senior finance professionals and decision-makers- Existing relationships with IFAs, CAs, and wealth distributors in Tier-1 cities- MBA (Marketing/Finance) or CA/CFA is a plus (ref:updazz.com)
