Key Responsibilities:Partner Acquisition (The Build Phase)-Identify & Prospect : Map out and target high-potential financial intermediaries (CAs, Wealth Managers, Boutique Investment Firms) across India.Pitch & Close : Conduct high-level presentations to articulate the value of adding Startup/VC asset classes to their client portfolios.Commercial Negotiation : Structure partnership agreements, including revenue-sharing models, referral fees, and SLAs, ensuring mutual profitability.Channel Management & Enablement (The Scale Phase)-Onboarding : drive the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they understand the Bizdateup platform and compliance requirements.Training : Regularly train partners on new investment mandates, due diligence reports, and market trends so they can confidently pitch to their HNI/UHNI clients.Relationship Farming : Maintain active relationships with key partners to ensure top-of-mind recall and drive recurring business.Revenue & AUM Growth :Pipeline Management : Manage the flow of capital coming through partners. Ensure monthly and quarterly AUM targets are met.Investor Onboarding : Oversee the smooth transition of referred investors from the partner to the Bizdateup platform.Activation : Develop strategies to reactivate dormant partners and incentivize high-performing ones.Ideal CandidateStrong Channel Sales / Strategic Partnerships ProfileMandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 2 years of experience in Channel Sales or Strategic Partnerships within Wealth Management, AMC, Fintech, Insurance, or investment distributionMandatory (Partner Acquisition) - Must have proven experience acquiring and onboarding partners such as CAs, Wealth Managers, IFAs, Family Offices, or financial intermediariesMandatory (Pitch & Closure) - Must have strong experience in presenting investment/financial products, handling commercial discussions, and closing partnership agreementsMandatory (Channel Management) - Must have experience in managing and growing partner relationships, enabling them with product knowledge, and driving repeat businessMandatory (Revenue Ownership) - Must have owned revenue or AUM targets and managed pipelines to achieve monthly/quarterly goalsMandatory (Financial Understanding) - Must have working knowledge of investment products such as AIFs, VC funds, unlisted equity, or similar financial instrumentsMandatory (Networking) - Strong ability to build relationships with senior finance professionals and decision-makersMandatory (Note) - This is a complete IC rolePreferred (Network) - Existing relationships with IFAs, CAs, and wealth distributors in Tier-1 citiesPreferred (Education) - MBA (Marketing/Finance) or CA/CFA is a plus, but not mandatory for strong sales performers (ref:updazz.com)
