-Role: Full-Time | Individual Contributor | Field Role (Travel Involved) - Schedule: Mon-Sat, 11 AM-8 PM | Sunday Off - CTC: 10 LPA {8 LPA - Fixed 2 LPA Variable Travel Allowance} - Locations: Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai & Hyderabad. About the Role - Drive brand awareness, enroll students into free programs, and convert them into paid subscribers.
-You ll work closely with parents, students, and schools, managing the full customer lifecycle through field sales and engagement. Key Responsibilities :- Activate schools and promote UPRIO s platform - Enroll students into free trial batches - Convert free users into paid subscribers - Drive renewals, retention, and follow-ups Required Skills & Qualifications - Good English communication; background in EdTech / Education / B2C sales preferred - Open to regular field work (schools, events) with own 2-wheeler - Minimum ed-tech / B2C Sales / Field sales of 1 year.
