As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will lead a team of elite hunters and solution sellers. Your mission is to scale our market share by coaching your team through complex, multi-million dollar security deals. You aren t just managing CRM entries; you are refining sales playbooks, removing roadblocks, and stepping into the War Room to help close strategic accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Coaching : Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Enterprise Account Executives. Conduct regular 1-on-1s and deal clinics to sharpen their negotiation and discovery skills.- Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and execute a territory growth strategy. Identify high-growth verticals (e.g., Critical Infrastructure, Fintech, SaaS) and align team resources accordingly.- Revenue Accountability : Own the aggregate team quota. Ensure high-fidelity forecasting and pipeline health across all stages of the MEDDPICC funnel.- Complex Deal Support : Act as the executive sponsor for Tier-1 accounts. Assist EAEs in navigating complex legal, security, and procurement hurdles.- Solution Alignment : Work closely with the CISO/CTO and Solutions Architects to ensure the technical offerings (MDR, SOC, GRC) align with current market demands and competitor gaps.- Recruitment & Onboarding : Build a pipeline of high-performing sales talent and decrease the Time-to-Productivity for new hires through a robust onboarding program.Required Experience & Skills :Management & Strategy :- Proven Leadership: 3 years of experience managing a B2B enterprise sales team, preferably in Cybersecurity or Managed Services.Cybersecurity Domain Expertise :- Solution Depth : Deep understanding of the Cybersecurity Value Chain-from edge security and zero trust to incident response and remediation.
