Role Overview:We are hiring Account Management Consultants to own and grow enterprise and mid-market client relationships for a high-growth B2B HealthTech SaaS platform in the employee benefits and insurance space.This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy end-to-end ownership, thrive in customer-facing roles, and want to run their accounts like a mini business - balancing customer success, retention, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:- Own a portfolio of B2B accounts with complete accountability for customer success, retention, renewals, and revenue- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing escalations, expectations, and long-term relationships- Develop a strong understanding of the product and collaborate with internal teams (Product, Ops, Tech, Sales) to resolve issues efficiently- Drive account growth through cross-sell, upsell, and referral opportunities once trust is established- Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, internal processes, and service benchmarks- Track account health metrics and proactively mitigate churn risks- Deliver consistently high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced SaaS environmentRequirements:- 2-8 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, or client servicing roles- Prior experience in SaaS / HealthTech / InsurTech / HRTech / Employee Benefits is highly preferred- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high numerical and analytical ability- Demonstrated customer empathy with a strong ownership mindset- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to solve customer problems- Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders and high-impact accounts- Target-driven mindset with a balance of service and revenue focusWhy This Role?- Work with a well-funded, fast-scaling B2B SaaS company backed by global investors- High ownership role with direct impact on revenue and customer retention- Opportunity to grow across levels as the company scales- Exposure to enterprise clients across India- Strong learning curve in SaaS, health insurance, and employee benefits domain (ref:updazz.com)
