Backed by leading investors and working with marquee enterprise clients, the company is on a mission to accelerate India s EV adoption through innovative charging solutions and a strong nationwide network.With a rapidly expanding footprint, strong order pipeline, and enterprise partnerships, the organization is now looking to scale its sales team across key metro and emerging markets. About the Role:-- As a Key Account Manager - Sales, you will own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle for your assigned territory - from lead generation to deal closure and account management.- You will play a critical role in driving revenue, managing enterprise clients, and contributing to the expansion of EV charging infrastructure in India.Key Responsibilities:-- Drive B2B / enterprise sales for EV charging solutions and services- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term client relationships- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline- Handle channel partners, dealers, and distributors- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals- Develop and execute sales strategies based on market insights- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations- Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, support)- Track and forecast sales performance using data-driven insights Key Skills & Requirements:-- 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B / corporate sales- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling / managerial role- Strong understanding of EV industry, renewable energy, or automobile sector (preferred)- Proven track record in sales closures & target achievement- Experience in channel / partner management- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment- Knowledge of EV policies, incentives, and market trends is a plus- Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or related field- Regional language proficiency preferred Why Join?- Be part of a high-growth EV & clean energy startup in India- Work with leading enterprise clients and large-scale projects- High ownership role with direct business impact- Fast-track career growth in a future-ready industry- Opportunity to contribute to India s EV & sustainability mission (ref:updazz.com)
