We partner with brands across fashion categories to bring curated selections to our consumers.Role Overview & Key Competencies Required:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to drive brand partnerships and operational excellence.- The role involves end-to-end account management - from onboarding brands to ensuring smooth inventory replenishment and business growth.- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills- Analytical mindset with comfort in working on Excel and data- High ownership and execution-driven approach- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment- Strong communication and coordination skillsKey Responsibilities : Brand Onboarding & Business Development :- Identify and onboard relevant brands aligned with Klydo s category focus.- Drive business development initiatives to expand the brand portfolio.- Negotiate commercials and finalize onboarding documentation. Account Management :- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brands.- Build strong, long-term relationships with partner brands.- Track brand performance and drive growth initiatives. Cataloguing & Product Listings :- Coordinate with brands to ensure accurate and timely cataloguing of products.- Ensure product information, pricing, and imagery meet platform standards.- Purchase Order (PO) Processing- Raise and process purchase orders as per agreed commercials.- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth PO lifecycle management. Dispatch & Inwarding Coordination :- Follow up with brands to ensure timely dispatch of consignments.- Resolve inwarding issues related to quantity discrepancies, damages, or documentation gaps.- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure seamless stock intake.Inventory & Replenishment Planning :- Monitor inventory levels and drive timely replenishment.- Collaborate with brands to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.- Analyze sell-through and demand trends to optimize inventory flow.Experience :- 3-5 years of relevant experience with an e-commerce or quick-commerce platform, preferably in the Fashion category.- Strong exposure to Accessories and Home Furnishing categories will be an added advantage.- Experience handling brand accounts and managing vendor relationships.
