Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets for LAP products.- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.- Drive initiatives to increase market penetration and customer acquisition. Customer Relationship Management:- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with LAP sales operations.- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and address any issues promptly. Branch Operations:- Manage day-to-day branch operations, including administrative tasks and resource allocation.- Ensure efficient and effective use of branch resources to achieve sales objectives.- Implement and oversee branch-level marketing and promotional activities. Reporting and Analysis:- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize sales strategies.Key Skill & Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the financial services industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.- Strong leadership and team management skills.
