We are actively seeking an eligible candidate to fill a Senior Sales and Business Development role. The successful candidate will leverage their deep understanding of the cosmetics and personal care raw ingredient market to achieve sales targets and foster strategic customer relationships.Department: Sales and Business Development Industry Focus: Pharma and Lifesciences/Chemical/Beauty and Personal CareCore Responsibilities Include:- Managing the entire personal care ingredient sales lifecycle for the designated India region.- Proactively seeking out and developing new business streams while consistently nurturing current client relationships.- Functioning as the critical link between the customer s needs and our internal R&D team, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.- Regular business reporting (e.g., pipeline status, YTD performance, customer feedback) for strategic decision-making.- Acting as a technical consultant to clients to support product application and drive sustained business development. Desired Candidate Profile:- 10-15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on personal care/skin care/cosmetics or specialty chemicals.- Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy /Cosmetology/ Chemistry/ or similar backgrounds- Strong understanding of specialized raw ingredients used in personal care/skin care/cosmetic formulations.- Proven track record of success in technical sales roles involving complex products requiring strong technical knowledge.Please share your updated profile if above JD matches with your current and previous experiences.
