This role involves leading a team of sales executives, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and channel partners. The Sales Manager works closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience and contribute directly to the company s revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets within the Bangalore market.- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize their performance and achieve individual and team goals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and channel partners to generate leads and close deals.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.- Strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate market and sales processes.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and partners.- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Experience in real estate sales or consulting is essential.
