The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client and channel partner relationships, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution.Required Qualifications & Experience:- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory) - Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales-driven role within the real estate industry - South Mumbai (SoBo) market experience is mandatory - Strong network of channel partners and industry contacts preferred - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Key Skills:- Lead Generation & Sourcing - Channel Partner Management - Client Relationship Management - Market Research & Analysis - CRM & Reporting Tools Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Sourcing & Development- Identify and generate sales opportunities through channel partners, referrals, and industry networks - Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients for current and upcoming projects - Conduct market research to identify trends and target segments - Ensure continuous engagement with channel partners to maximize lead generation 2. Client & Channel Partner Engagement- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners - Conduct presentations and regular discussions to update partners on project offerings - Handle initial client queries and coordinate with senior team members for complex requirements - Participate in client meetings and site visits to represent company offerings 3. Sales Support & Coordination- Collaborate closely with the sales closing team for smooth lead handover - Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials - Track lead progress across the sales pipeline and share updates with stakeholders 4. Reporting & Data Management- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and partner communications in CRM systems - Generate regular reports on sourcing activities and conversion metrics - Analyze data trends to improve sourcing strategies 5.
