-The role focuses on selling storage, handling, and distribution solutions to customers in food, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and related industries while ensuring high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities for cold storage and cold-chain logistics services- Promote cold storage solutions including frozen, chilled, and temperature-controlled warehousing- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, exporters, and manufacturers- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to explain cold storage capabilities- Prepare quotations, contracts, and pricing proposals based on customer requirements- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure service feasibility and delivery- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and sales reports (ref:updazz.com)
