You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, generate leads, and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding OmTrans Logistics market share and achieving revenue targets in the competitive freight forwarding industry.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and market research.- Develop and execute sales strategies to target key accounts and penetrate new market segments within the Delhi NCR region.- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing Om Logistics value proposition and competitive advantages.- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.- Track sales activities, manage pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
