Focused on delivering innovative and high-quality solutions that improve everyday living, with an increasing emphasis on health, wellness, and clean indoor environments, the company offers advanced air purification solutions for homes, offices, hospitals, clinics, schools, and commercial spaces.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly driven Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound sales activities for dp purifier across assigned territories. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a startup environment, are adaptable to change. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, understanding their air-quality concerns, educating them about suitable solutions, and converting leads into successful sales.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Sales & Lead Management:- Identify and develop new business opportunities for dp purifier products.- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, events, and digital inquiries. Generate outbound leads through calling, follow-ups, and database management.- Qualify leads based on customer requirements such as room size, usage, health concerns, and budget.- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate technical features and benefits to customers..- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, doctors, builders, hospitals, schools, offices, and residential customers.- Maintain consistent follow-ups and convert prospects into long-term clients.- Provide real-time market feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.- Coordinate with operations and installation teams for seamless order execution.- Maintain CRM records and submit structured daily/weekly sales reports.Startup Mindset Requirement (Important):- Since dp purifier is a growing startup, we are specifically looking for individuals who:- Are adaptable and comfortable with change- Take ownership rather than waiting for instructions- Are highly motivated and self-driven- Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment- Are ready to go beyond defined roles when required- Have a growth mindset and hunger to build something big.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong negotiation and closing skills- Excellent communication and presentation abilities- Ability to explain technical products in simple terms- Target-driven with high execution focus- Strong problem-solving attitude- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM toolsQualifications & Experience:- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred)- 1-5 years of sales experience (experience in air purifiers, HVAC, consumer durables, Real Estate, or industrial equipment preferred)- Field sales experience preferredCompensation & Benefits:- Competitive salary- Performance-based incentives- Training and career growth opportunities (ref:updazz.com)
