Be the custodian of group brand and ensure adherence and development of brand guidelines.Responsible for website, collateral and PR initiatives1. Key Responsibilities : - Create strategies to capture new customers which are in sync with the customer segments that we are targeting2. Client Acquisition strategies to convert existing Investment banking relationships to wealth. This will require a good understanding of creating customer databases, and enriching data to help in further micro segmentation.3. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including, social media, email marketing, webinars and content marketing. Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance, provide insights, and refine strategies.4. Create offline strategies of deepening relationships with curated prospects and existing customers - print advertising, direct mail campaigns, and events targeting high-net-worth individuals.5. Managing partnerships with relevant financial institutions, luxury brands, and other organizations to enhance brand visibility and credibility6. Added responsibility of also managing the content for the investment banking business7. Manage all the content repositories - website, LinkedIn pages for all the businesses and be the custodian of the wealth brand as well as other group brands8. Executing joint PR activities for the groupPartnerships & Collaborations:Identify and manage strategic partnerships with relevant financial institutions, luxury brands, and other organizations to enhance brand visibility and credibility.Manage and develop the ecosystem relationships to increase brand awareness, collaborate onlead generation and client acquisition.We are looking for therefor:1. proven track record of having done cross sell across various financial products. A priorexperience of working in financial services is therefore an important criteria2. familiarity with using CRM and creating databases to capture and enriching existing data. Abilityto analyse and utilise the data for targeted campaigns3. Expertise in using online media to do targeted campaigns.4. At least 5 years of experience5. Decision making skills with strong sense of ownership and ability to work under pressure6. Ensure compliance with key regulatory and organization level requirementsDesired Knowledge / Skills :1. Strong industry and product knowledge, including understanding of applicable compliance rules and regulations2. Ability to think and execute strategically, prioritize and resolve complex problems3.
