ABOUT THE ROLE :We are seeking a strategic Marketing Associate who understands that great marketing is about ideas, positioning, and storytelling-not just writing. In this role, you ll leverage AI tools to amplify your creativity and strategic thinking, focusing on positioning Qrata as a thought leader in our space. You ll be responsible for developing compelling narratives, crafting strategic content frameworks, and building our brand presence through partnerships and digital channels.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- 2-4 years of professional experience in marketing, content strategy, or brand roles- Strong foundation in B2B marketing with hands-on partnership experience- Proven ability to develop strategic content frameworks and thought leadership positioningKEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Content & Thought Leadership- Develop content strategies and frameworks that position Qrata as a thought leader in the industry- Identify trending topics, market insights, and unique angles that differentiate our brand voice- Strategize and ideate compelling narratives across formats: blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, LinkedIn content, and email campaigns- Leverage AI tools strategically to enhance content creation efficiency while maintaining authentic brand voice and original insights- Develop editorial calendars and content themes that align with business objectives and market trendsBrand Positioning & Messaging :- Develop and maintain brand positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates Qrata in the market- Create compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks for different audience segments- Ensure brand consistency while adapting tone and messaging across channels and use casesB2B Partnerships & Collaboration :- Identify, develop, and nurture strategic B2B partnerships to expand market reach- Create partnership marketing strategies and co-branded content initiatives- Coordinate with partner organizations on joint marketing campaigns and thought leadership opportunities- Track and report on partnership performance metrics and ROILinkedIn Marketing & Social Media- Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies that build brand authority and generate quality leads- Create thought-provoking LinkedIn content that sparks conversations and positions Qrata as an industry innovator- Identify and engage with key industry voices, communities, and conversations on LinkedIn- Monitor LinkedIn analytics, test different content approaches, and optimize based on performance insights - Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes to maximize organic reachGrowth Marketing & Analytics :- Support lead generation campaigns across digital channels with creative and strategic approaches- Collaborate with sales team to develop marketing materials that resonate with target audiences- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities- Analyze campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and iterate on strategyMUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS :- Proven experience in B2B partnerships and partnership marketing- Strategic content thinking with ability to develop original ideas, angles, and positioning frameworks- Experience using AI tools strategically for content ideation, research, and production (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)- Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating thought leadership content- Demonstrated success with LinkedIn marketing and building brand presence through social selling- Excellent communication skills with ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, decision-making processes, and enterprise sales cyclesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) - Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and digital marketing best practices- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma) to support content creation- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, social media insights)- Understanding of product marketing in B2B SaaS or tech environmentsSKILLS & COMPETENCIES :- Strategic thinker who sees the bigger picture and connects dots between market trends, customer needs, and brand positioning- Creative ideator with a strong point of view and ability to develop original, differentiated content angles- Self-starter who takes ownership and drives initiatives from concept to execution- Data-driven mindset with ability to balance creativity with performance metrics- Strong editorial judgment and ability to identify what makes content compelling and shareable- Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives- Adaptable learner who stays current with marketing trends, AI tools, and platform changes- Collaborat...
