The role involves pipeline management, team handling, conversion optimization, and achieving monthly revenue targets.The candidate must have experience in a target-driven sales environment with exposure to CRM tools and team performance management.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives for B2C student enrollments.- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for assigned products.- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets and conversion ratios.- Conduct daily team huddles to review performance and align on sales goals.- Drive revenue growth by improving lead-to-sale conversion and average revenue per sale.- Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to team members.- Track KPIs such as revenue per lead, revenue per sale, and conversion percentage.- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to share customer insights and market feedback.- Ensure CRM hygiene and effective usage of tools like Salesforce, LeadSquared, NoPaperForms, etc.- Prepare and share performance reports with senior management.Candidate Requirements- 3-7 years of experience in B2C Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development.- Minimum 1-2 years of team handling experience.- Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, Banking, Insurance, or other target-driven industries preferred.- Strong revenue orientation with proven achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.- Hands-on experience with CRM tools.- Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced sales environment.What We Offer:- Fixed salary Attractive performance incentives- Fast career growth in a growing EdTech organization- High-performance sales culture (ref:updazz.com)
