Pant & Co is currently representing a leading, full-service Law Firm in Mumbai that is looking to strategically expand its growth and outreach team.We are seeking two Business Development professionals who possess an understanding of the legal market and a proven track record in professional services marketing.Available PositionsWe are looking for candidates across two distinct levels:Junior Level: 1 year (atleast) of experience in Legal BD/Marketing.Mid-Senior Level: 5 years (atleast) of experience in Legal BD/Marketing.Core ResponsibilitiesSuccessful candidates will be responsible for:Legal Directories : End-to-end management of submissions for Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, IFLR1000, and others.Pitches & RFPs : Crafting sophisticated firm profiles, capability statements, and responding to formal Request for Proposals (RFPs).Firm Profiles & Credentials : Developing, updating Firm Profiles and practice-specific credentials to ensure they reflect the firm s latest successes and market standing.Events & Outreach : Strategizing and executing firm webinars, seminars, and networking events.Website & Content : Managing the firm s digital footprint, including website updates and LinkedIn engagement.Client Relationship Management : Assisting Partners in identifying outreach opportunities and tracking market trends.What the Firm is Looking For?Relevant Background: Mandatory experience in a Law Firm or a top-tier professional services environment.Communication: Exceptional communication skills and an eye for detail.Proactive Mindset: Someone who can navigate a fast-paced environment and meet strict directory deadlines.Location: Based in Mumbai (or willing to relocate).How to Apply?If you have the experience required to elevate a leading firm s market presence, please write to us (ref:updazz.com)
