Metrology & Calibration: Total comfort using conventional precise hand tools and configuring sophisticated digital gauges or automated inspection equipment. The ability to compare internal manufacturing routing cards with international material standards such as ASTM, ISO, DIN, and ASME is known as blueprint and specification literacy. Defect diagnosis: Excellent physical intuition to determine whether a defect is caused by tool wear, human error, or material defects.
