PLC Fault Isolation & Tuning: Use laptops to directly interface with industrial automation controllers in order to diagnose PLC inputs and outputs, examine error logs, modify fundamental machine settings, and adjust variable frequency drives. Customer coaching and technical training: Provide client machine operators and maintenance technicians with organized technical training sessions that cover cleaning procedures, safe everyday operations, and small troubleshooting measures. Service History & Field Reporting: Within corporate CRM tracking channels, compile and send thorough field service reports that include information on parts used, root causes, and suggestions for long-term remedial actions. Required Skills: Multidisciplinary Electro-Mechanical Literacy: Excellent practical skills in fixing a wide range of industrial parts, such as linear tracks, pneumatic arrays, precision gears, pumps, and multi-axis servo systems. Automation Blueprint & Schematic Competency: Expert practical ability to decipher intricate piping instrumentation diagrams, mechanical cross-sectional layouts, and electrical circuit schematics. Improved Instincts in Client Relations: Outstanding communication and conflict-resolution skills to keep a composed, professional manner when handling irate clients who are experiencing production-line shutdowns.
