Jr Dispatch Executive Order Handling & Dispatch Support Job Description Responsibilities: Oversee and plan daily outward shipping schedules for outbound logistics, making sure that all shipments of molded plastic adhere to production orders, customer delivery dates, and Just-In-Time (JIT) deadlines. ERP & Inventory Transactions: Create delivery challenges, commercial invoices, packing lists, and electronic waybills (e-Way Bills) by executing and recording precise dispatch entries inside the central computer system (SAP / Oracle ERP). Finished Goods (FG) Reconciliation: Verify that there are no inventory inconsistencies by auditing physical stock counts in the Finished Goods yard and comparing daily injection molding output sheets with physical storage balances. Packaging Compliance Monitoring: Oversee warehouse teams to make sure molded components are packed in accordance with certain material regulations. Verify proper pallet strapping, bubble wrapping, protective layer inserts, and anti-static polybagging to avoid warping or scratches during shipment. Clearance for Quality Assurance Syncing: Ensure that no batch of molded components leaves the facility without a signed Quality Certificate (COA), an authorized inspection report, and matching product batch number stickers. Carrier and Transporter Coordination: To prevent supply chain bottlenecks, negotiate vehicle placements, review transit paperwork, verify commercial vehicle loading clearances, and monitor vehicle arrival/departure sequences (TAT).
