Position: Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding Industry only). Location: GurgaonCompensation: 18 - 20 LPAKey Responsibilities:- Generate Sales from new customers and achieve the sales plan.
-Acquisition and retention of customers and increase client base.
-To ensure receivable management is under control and increase cash flow.
-Sales lead generation & management.
-Focus on all lines of business including Vertical and preferred Sectors development.
-Client analysis on gross margin, volume, and profitability.
-Yield enhancement.
-Attend weekly meetings and sales reviews.
-Market knowledge and competitor activities.
-Setting up customer SOP with operations.
-Customer Management with respect to handling complaints.
