Job Title: Manager (Sales Operations)Location: GurgaonDepartment: Sales & Channel DevelopmentReporting To: DirectorRole SummaryWe are looking for a smart, energetic, and technically-oriented sales professional based in Gurgaon who can be trained to manage our distributor network and lead a team of junior sales executives. This role combines product knowledge, channel management, field execution, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities1. Distributor Management & Secondary Sales- Build strong relationships with distributors; become the key point of contact.- Conduct monthly distributor performance reviews.- Monitor distributor stocks (inflow/outflow/aging).- Ensure billing cycles, payment collection discipline, and credit hygiene.- Drive secondary sales planning & reporting.Field Coverage & Market Development- Conduct regular field tours across India (4 days traveling every week)- Joint working with the junior sales teamEnsure:- Retailer visits and beat coverage- Stock & display checks- Scheme communication & execution- Visiting electricians, shop owners and dealersTechnical Expertise & Training- Voltage stabilizers (AC/TV/Fridge/Mainline/Servo etc.)- Power backup & future launchesTrain:- Dealers & retailers- Distributor staff- Junior sales team- Electricians and service partners- Conduct field demos & installation troubleshooting.Team LeadershipManage 8-10 junior sales executives across:- Kota- North East- Basti (UP)- Aurangabad (MH)- Indore (MP)- Daily sales tracking, beat plan monitoring & productivity reviews.- Set monthly targets & ensure execution.- Conduct monthly performance review meetings.Reporting & Communication- Daily call check-ins with sales team.- Daily reporting (market updates, leads, beat plan, sales tracking).- Weekly and monthly MIS reporting to leadership.- Develop and follow structured processes for market execution.Candidate ProfileMust-Have- Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in channel/field sales.- Experience with electricals, consumer durables, appliances or FMCG preferred.- Strong communication & people skills.- Smart working & fast learner - should grasp tech concepts quickly.- Should be comfortable with field travel.- Ability to lead and coach junior sales staff.- Solid Excel / WhatsApp / CRM reporting discipline.Good to Have- Experience in distributor or dealer management.- Technical flair (comfort with electronics, power products).- Experience in training / field demos.- Hindi fluency; ability to communicate in local languages a plus.Compensation- Competitive fixed salary- Travel allowance incentives based on performance- Quarterly bonuses for territory growthGrowth PathTerritory Sales Manager - Area Sales Manager - Regional Sales HeadWhy Pixels- High-growth consumer brand with 35 years legacy- Opportunity to drive modern channel systems in Tier-2 markets- Learn directly from founders & leadership team- Exposure to product, service, and digital sales innovation (ref:updazz.com)
