-Relationship-building and consultative selling expertise. Job Responsibilities:1.Sales and Business Development:- Identify, engage, and build relationships with decision-makers in engineering institutions, high-end schools, and other academic entities.
-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
-Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to faculty, management, and procurement teams. 2.Market Research and Strategy:- Analyse the educational robotics market and identify opportunities for growth.
-Stay updated on trends and needs within the robotics and automation training domain.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored campaigns and materials for the education sector. 3.Customer Engagement and Support:- Partner with institutions to design customized robotics laboratory solutions.
-Provide post-sales support, ensuring seamless implementation and satisfaction.
-Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams for product queries and training. 4.Reporting and Analysis:- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for leadership.
-Gather feedback to refine products and services based on institutional needs. Minimum Qualifications :Bachelor s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred (ref:updazz.com)
