We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow high-value client relationships. The role involves handling existing AUA, acquiring new clients, driving business growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance while working closely with internal teams. Key Responsibilities:- Transfer and manage existing Assets Under Advisory (AUA) of clients.
-Act as the primary relationship manager for HNIs, family offices, and institutional clients.
-Deliver personalized investment advice aligned with client goals and risk profiles.
-Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and performance evaluations.
-Develop and execute a Business Development Plan to acquire new clients and grow AUA.
-Acquire 20 clients with - 50 Cr AUA in the first 6 months.
-Onboard a minimum of 3 clients per month with an average AUA of - 2.5 Cr.
-Collaborate with leadership to define growth targets and action plans.
-Identify and implement client outreach programs and marketing initiatives.
-Customize and optimize CRM (HubSpot) in coordination with the tech team.
-Monitor market trends and economic indicators to support investment decisions.
-Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and internal risk management policies.
-Represent the firm at industry events and networking forums (ref:updazz.com)
