You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their talent acquisition needs and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned key clients, focusing on achieving mutually agreed-upon goals and objectives.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.- Understand client s business challenges and talent acquisition needs, and propose customized solutions leveraging Foundit s platform and services.- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to key clients, resolving issues promptly and effectively.- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Foundit s footprint within existing key accounts, increasing revenue and market share.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to clients and internal teams to inform strategic decision-making.- Manage contract negotiations and renewals for key accounts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key client relationships within a B2B sales environment.
